Our Mobile Surveillance Training course is aimed at those wanting to gain access to the private and commercial surveillance industry. “Surveillance” as a subject, is extremely broad with a myriad of disciplines, practitioners and sectors. This course is industry specific and will furnish its successful applicants with the skills needed to gain employment and operate successfully as a contractor or employee with the “key players” in the UK. The course details the skills needed to carry out the most commonly practiced surveillance types, including but not limited to: claims validation, employment status, personal injury, matrimonial, housing association, counter surveillance and theft investigations. The course also incorporates the BTEC level 3 for Professional Investigators Qualification.
The BTEC level 3 for Professional Investigators Qualification, is the SIA recommend course which is a mandatory requirement when applying for the SIA Professional Investigators license.

The course syllabus is focused on developing the skills necessary to operate covertly and successfully as a surveillance operative. The course combines classroom based theory and learning with realistic scenario based, field exercises, carried out on foot or in a vehicle, to develop the knowledge gained in the classroom and give an accurate taste of the daily situations likely to be encountered. The syllabus will take each applicant from a working knowledge of the industry through the equipment and skills needed to operate professionally, explaining the codes of practice, legislation, laws and finally offering successful applicants help into employment. All equipment such as vehicles, covert radios, and cameras are supplied.
There are no formal prerequisites however applicants must be in generally good health, be English literate both spoken and written and attend appropriately attired. Applicants must have a full UK driving license.
£695.00 plus VAT (£834.00) inclusive of, daily lunches, use of all equipment, final exam and BTEC certification.
Applicants will be furnished with a set of course joining instructions on application.
